Day of Coordination Process

Perfect for the person who is willing to take on the majority of the planning, but the month of the celebration can enjoy every moment because we will oversee the final details.

Service can be booked eighteen to two months out from event date.

  • Clients receive unlimited email and phone communication from the day the contract is signed. Within the first week clients will be asked to complete a “wedding details” questionnaire to allow House of Planning to understand where they are within the planning process.

Next, the client will create their Honeybook account to receive access to the planning portal. Timelines, and other important information will be logged here!

  • House of Planning will coordinate a six month until wedding meeting.

We will discuss where you are in the planning process to make sure there aren’t any key tasks being overlooked.

  • This is where the true fun starts! During this time the final venue site visit will take place.

The month of your wedding we will meet to discuss the important tasks to complete within the final 30 days.

Following the meeting House of Planning will share a draft of the wedding day timeline and begin communication with all contracted vendors.

The week of the wedding there will be a final check in. At this time the client receives the final timeline and it will be circulated to all vendors.

  • House of Planning will manage the ceremony rehearsal.

On the wedding day, House of Planning is the first to arrive and last to leave.

We are on site to assure the timely arrival and setup of all vendors, manage flow of day, and setup and breakdown all applicable decor materials, and more.

There is a lot more happens in between, but we can talk about this more during our consultation!

Partial Planning Process

Partial planning is everything included within the day of coordination package, plus the assistance with finding, securing, and planning details with one or multiple vendors.

  • First step, the brainstorm meeting to discuss your vision, wants and even dislikes.

  • Following the brainstorm the client will receive a vision board presentation to bring all of their thoughts into one place (instead of an overwhelming Pinterest board).

  • We will contact vendors on the clients behalf.

Then proposals will be requested, and evaluated.

House of Planning will select the top proposals based on their price range, qualifications, and overall fit.

The proposals will be organized into a neat PDF for the clients review.

  • House of Planning will coordinate a meeting between the client and potential vendor.

Once client is ready to go to contract, House of Planning will coordinate the process and will continue to be the lead contact with vendor to assure all details are covered.
